OUR SERVICES

Services include design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of image-based signage for its customers. Snyder Signs has in-house production for computer routed graphics, steel and aluminum fabrication, painting, and channel letters. Snyder Signs controls the process of design through production in its own facilities, ensuring quality and commitment from inception to completion dates.

COMPANY HISTORY

Snyder Signs, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Jim Hensley and Ed Snyder. These two men saw the need for a quality electrical sign manufacturer in the growing East Tennessee market area. Since 1962, Snyder Signs has evolved, via expanding technologies and exemplary customer service, to become a premier designer, manufacturer, and installer of electric sign displays in the Southeast region. Additionally, Snyder Signs can coordinate and manage national programs through its network of World Sign Associates’ affiliates.

Continuing his father’s legacy, Rod Snyder, President of Snyder Signs, Inc., has assembled a team of professionals dedicated to the development and maintenance of their customer’s image.

ROD SNYDER

Rod was raised in the sign industry, as his dad, Ed Snyder, founder of Snyder Signs, brought him to work at an early age. Rod purchased the company from his father in 1991. Through his leadership, Snyder Signs’ reputation for commitment to customer satisfaction has continued. Rod is an active member, and former President of World Sign Associates, a premier trade association whose members have represented some of the industry’s top sign manufacturers since 1947.

DENISE HENSLEY

Denise has been with Snyder Signs since 1999. Denise’s career with Snyder Signs has evolved from Office Manager to Customer Service Coordinator to Senior Sales Associate. Sales Associate
CHARITY SPARKS

Charity has been a part of the Snyder Signs’ team since 2008.  She previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Operations Manager.  Charity’s 13+ years of experience in the sign industry includes business development, permitting, and sales. Major projects she has been a part of include medical/health systems, educational campuses, religious organizations, and major retail developments.  Charity has organizational skills and knowledge of interior/exterior sign systems—which are both necessary to assist with wayfinding projects.  From freestanding signs to banners--call Charity for all of your signage needs!

Office Manager
DEBBIE SCOTT

Debbie joined the Snyder Signs’ team in 2000. She began her career in work order procurement and rapidly advanced to Office Manager. She has 30+ years of office management experience. Debbie handles the management of the company’s accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax management, payroll and tax return preparation.

Senior Graphic Designer
TED TUBBS

Ted began his career with Snyder Signs in 1994. Ted has over 28 years of experience in computer-generated design and over 33 years of experience in graphic design. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Ted also holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree. Ted has won numerous national awards for site design, including the Signs of the Times 2002 Electronic Sign Best Digital Display. Ted has assisted clients such as Mellow Mushroom with custom designs for each of their locations. At Snyder Signs–We Build Image!

CONNER WILLIAMS

Growing up in a family sign business, Conner was raised in the industry. In 2018, he joined the Snyder Signs team as an installation technician and later transitioned to sales and now into project management. In an ever-changing digital world, Conner also manages the various technologies and devices used to keep our production facility on the leading edge. With years of hands-on experience in the field, Conner is ready to coordinate and execute the next signage project in coordination with your sales rep.

CORDELL CLINE

Rob has been an integral part of Snyder Signs success since 1986. As Lead Fabricator, his knowledge and craftsman abilities can be seen in projects throughout the United States. His superior math skills and problem solving techniques make him an important part of our team.
