OUR SERVICES

Services include design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of image-based signage for its customers. Snyder Signs has in-house production for computer routed graphics, steel and aluminum fabrication, painting, and channel letters. Snyder Signs controls the process of design through production in its own facilities, ensuring quality and commitment from inception to completion dates.

COMPANY HISTORY

Snyder Signs, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Jim Hensley and Ed Snyder. These two men saw the need for a quality electrical sign manufacturer in the growing East Tennessee market area. Since 1962, Snyder Signs has evolved, via expanding technologies and exemplary customer service, to become a premier designer, manufacturer, and installer of electric sign displays in the Southeast region. Additionally, Snyder Signs can coordinate and manage national programs through its network of World Sign Associates’ affiliates.

Continuing his father’s legacy, Rod Snyder, President of Snyder Signs, Inc., has assembled a team of professionals dedicated to the development and maintenance of their customer’s image.

Rod was raised in the sign industry, as his dad, Ed Snyder, founder of Snyder Signs, brought him to work at an early age. Rod purchased the company from his father in 1991. Through his leadership, Snyder Signs’ reputation for commitment to customer satisfaction has continued. Rod is an active member, and former President of World Sign Associates, a premier trade association whose members have represented some of the industry’s top sign manufacturers since 1947.

Office Administrator

DEBBIE SCOTT

Debbie joined the Snyder Signs’ team in early 2000. She began her career in work order procurement and rapidly advanced to Office Administrator. She has 40 years of office management and administrative experience. Debbie handles the management of the company’s accounts receivable, accounts payable, Human Resources, Payroll and Sales Tax Departments.

Charity has been a part of the Snyder Signs’ team since 2008. Charity began her career in the sign industry as an assistant to the Operations Manager. Over the years she has moved from Assistant to Sales Associate, and now serves as the Director of Sales & Team Leadership. Charity has experience working with large projects, which include wayfinding and rebranding projects that encompass multiple locations. She oversees several medical/health systems, educational campuses, religious organizations, and major retail developments. Install Coordinator

MATT MARSHALL

Matt has been a part of the Snyder Signs’ team since 1999. Matt has a wealth of knowledge in servicing and installing signs. Matt currently serves as our Install Coordinator, allowing for a smooth transition from sales to the production floor. Matt also uses his experience working with electronic message units to set up new units and train clients how to use the software.

Paul has been with our team since 1981. Paul has a great work ethic and an extensive knowledge of sign production and install. Paul serves as our Schedule Coordinator, helping to move projects from the production floor to completion. Paul understands the importance of deadlines and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Tony has been part of the Snyder Signs’ team since 2011. Tony has an exceptional work ethic and a vast knowledge of sign production & installation, which allows him to lead and direct our company’s install and service crews in an efficient manner.

Rob has been an integral part of Snyder Signs success since 1986. As Lead Fabricator, his knowledge and craftsman abilities can be seen in projects throughout the United States. His superior math skills and problem solving techniques make him an important part of our team.

Senior Graphic Designer
TED TUBBS

Ted began his career with Snyder Signs in 1994. Ted has over 28 years of experience in computer-generated design and over 33 years of experience in graphic design. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Ted also holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree. Ted has won numerous national awards for site design, including the Signs of the Times 2002 Electronic Sign Best Digital Display.
